  1. Shortlisting & Merit List: Category-wise merit lists will be prepared for each discipline exclusively on the basis of valid GATE scores (2024, 2025, or 2026). Equal weightage is granted across all three eligible years.
  2. Tie-Resolution Protocol: If multiple candidates secure identical GATE scores, positions are decided sequentially by:
    • First: Older year GATE score is ranked higher.
    • Second: Candidate older in age is ranked higher.
    • Third: Higher percentage/marks in the essential educational qualification.
  3. Document Verification (DV): Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of original credentials, conducted at Delhi or any other location/mode approved by the competent authority.
