Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

1. Age & Passing Year Limits

  • Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 18 years old on the date of application.
  • Passing Window: Candidates must have passed their regular, full-time course within two years from the application closing date (i.e., passed out between 11.09.2024 and 10.09.2026).
  • Mode of Study: Only full-time regular degree, diploma, or certificate holders from recognized institutes are eligible. Distance, correspondence, or online courses are not accepted.

2. Ineligibility Conditions

Candidates are NOT eligible if they:

  • Are awaiting final exam results.
  • Have more than 1 year of post-qualification job experience.
  • Have already undergone or are undergoing apprenticeship training in any organization.

  • HRA Benefit: If company accommodation is not provided, an additional ₹2,500 per month is paid to the trainee.
  • Leave Entitlement: 12 days of Casual Leave (pro-rata) and 15 days of Medical Leave per year.

  1. Merit Screening: Applications are screened in order of merit based on percentage marks obtained in the qualifying exam.

  3. Final Engagement: Candidates found suitable in DV are engaged upon signing the tri-partite contract on NATS/NAPS portal, submitting medical fitness, and completing police verification.
