Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Candidates must possess the requisite educational and computer qualifications as on the date fixed for Document Verification:
✔ 1. Junior Accountant
- Academic Qualification: Graduation Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA) from a recognized University; OR Intermediate pass of Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWA) or IPCC/Intermediate of ICAI; OR MBA (or 2-Year P.G. Diploma in Business Management equivalent to MBA); OR M.Com (minimum 2 years).
- Computer Qualification (Any One): "O" or Higher Level Certificate by DOEACC/NIELIT; OR CCC by NIELIT; OR COPA/DPCS certificate under NCVT/SCVT; OR Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science / Applications; OR Higher Secondary with Computer Science/Application; OR One computer subject in Degree/CA/ICWA/CS/MBA; OR Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic; OR RSCIT conducted by VMOU Kota under RKCL.
✔ 2. Junior Assistant / Commercial Assistant-II
- Academic Qualification: Senior Secondary (10+2 / 12th Standard) Examination passed from a recognized Board or its equivalent.
- Computer Qualification (Any One): RSCIT Certificate (VMOU Kota / RKCL); OR "O" or Higher Level Certificate by DOEACC/NIELIT; OR CCC by NIELIT; OR COPA/DPCS under NCVT/SCVT; OR Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering; OR 12th with Computer Science/Application; OR Degree/Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Applications.
✔ Additional Mandatory Requirements
- Appearing Candidates: Candidates appearing in their final year/semester can apply, provided they produce proof of passing the educational and computer qualification on or before the Document Verification date.
- Ex-Servicemen: Computer qualification is not mandatory at the time of application/DV; however, they must acquire it (or hold a minimum 3 months certificate course from a defense institution) before joining.
- Language & Culture: Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern
There is no interview for any of the advertised posts. The detailed post-wise selection procedure is as follows:
✔ 1. Selection Process: Junior Accountant
Selection will be based entirely on a Computer Based Written Competitive Exam (CBT) of 2 Hours duration consisting of Objective Type MCQs with Negative Marking for wrong answers.

✔ 2. Selection Process: Junior Assistant / Commercial Assistant-II
The recruitment is conducted in two successive phases:
- Phase-I (CBT Written Exam):
- Stage-1 (Pre-Examination): Screening test only (No negative marking). Covers Reasoning, Math, GK & Science (Rajasthan focus), Hindi, and English. About 10 times candidates will be shortlisted for Stage-2.
- Stage-2 (Main Examination): CBT exam with negative marking (Weightage: 40% towards final merit).
- Phase-II (Computer Type Writing Test - 60% Weightage): About 3 times candidates will appear for typing:
- Hindi Typing on Computer: Speed Test (10 Min, 25 Marks) + Efficiency Test (10 Min, 25 Marks) = 50 Marks.
- English Typing on Computer: Speed Test (10 Min, 25 Marks) + Efficiency Test (10 Min, 25 Marks) = 50 Marks.
- (PwBD candidates are granted average marks obtained by them in the Phase-I Main exam in lieu of typing).
✔ Minimum Passing Marks
- UR (General) Candidates: Minimum 30% marks in each part / phase.
- SC / ST / BC / MBC / EWS / Ex-Servicemen / PwBD: Minimum 20% marks in each part / phase.

Step 2: Click on "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" and enter your Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID to generate your Provisional Registration Number & Password.

Step 4: Upload scanned photograph (20–50 KB), signature (10–20 KB, Black ink), left thumb impression (20–50 KB), and handwritten declaration (50–100 KB).
