Candidates must fulfill the post-wise educational qualifications and minimum experience requirements as on 07.09.2026:
✔ Manager Posts (Code 1 to 11)
- Manager (Engg-Civil): B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering + 3 years experience.
- Manager (Engg-Elect): B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering + 3 years experience.
- Manager (Finance): MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / CA / CMA / CFA + 3 years experience in Finance & ERP (SAP).
- Manager (Information Technology): B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/Electronics or MCA + 3 years experience in Database, Networking, Software Development, etc.
- Manager (Architecture): B.Arch registered with Council of Architecture + 3 years experience.
- Manager (Law): 3-Year LL.B. or 5-Year Integrated Law Degree (Eligible for Bar Council enrollment) + 3 years experience.
- Manager (Fire Services): B.E./B.Tech in Fire / Mechanical / Automobile Engineering + 3 years experience.
- Manager (Operations): B.Sc. with 2-Year MBA OR B.E./B.Tech + 3 years experience in Airport/Airline Operations.
- Manager (Commercial): Graduate with 2-Year MBA (Marketing) OR B.E./B.Tech + 3 years experience in Marketing/Sales/Leasing.
- Manager (Corporate Planning): Post Graduate in Statistics / Applied Statistics / Operations Research / Economics + 3 years experience.
- Manager (Corporate Communications): Bachelor's in Mass Comm/Journalism/Literature + PG Degree/Diploma in Journalism/Mass Media + 3 years experience.
✔ Junior Executive Posts (Code 12 to 15) — No Experience Required
- Junior Executive (Finance): MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / Cost Accountant / Chartered Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst.
- Junior Executive (Law): Professional Law Degree (3-Year regular or 5-Year integrated LL.B.) and eligible to enroll as an Advocate.
- Junior Executive (Operations): B.Sc. Degree with 2-Year Full-Time MBA OR Full-Time Regular B.E. / B.Tech Degree.

Selection Process
Selection procedure will vary depending on the post applied for:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective type exam for all posts. No negative marking.
- Application / Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates based on CBT scores.
- Personal Interview (Viva-Voce): Applicable for Managerial Posts (Post Codes 1 to 11).
- Physical & Driving Tests: PMT, Driving Test, and PET applicable for Manager (Fire Services).
- Driving License Check: Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) license required for Operations & Fire Services posts.
