Vacancy & Stipend Distribution
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated stipend of ₹25,000 per month (where ₹20,500 is paid by HPCL and ₹4,500 is directly credited by the Government of India via DBT mode)

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must hold an Engineering Graduation degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation engineering from a recognized Board/UGC/AICTE authority.
- Minimum Aggregate Marks: 60% aggregate marks (all semesters combined) for UR/OBC-NC candidates, and 50% aggregate for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Passing Timeline: Only regular candidates who completed their engineering graduation on or after 01 September 2023 are eligible.
- Candidates must be registered and approved on the NATS 2.0 web portal.
- Candidates with prior apprenticeship training or work experience of one year or more are NOT eligible.
Age Limit (As on 31 July 2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NC, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
Selection Process
- Initial screening will be done based on the academic merit percentage scored in the qualifying engineering degree.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification in a 1:5 ratio relative to the available seats.
- The final merit list will be prepared based on successful document verification, medical fitness check, and police verification.

- Bonus Marks: An additional 5% grace marks will be added to the score secured by the candidate in the regular Computer Based Test (CBT) for shortlisting purposes.
